conference.

1. eWic – British Computer Society (ISSN 1477- 9358)
Deadline 15 September
A proceedings of full and short papers from the conference will be published with British
Computer Society’s eWic, edited by Laura Beloff and Morten Søndergaard.

2. Seismograf Journal (ISSN 2245-4705)
Deadline 15 September
A selection of papers will be published in a special issue of the Seismograf Journal, with Morten Søndergaard as guest editor.
Please visit Seismograf’s peer site for further instructions regarding the formatting of papers and standards.
Both Seismograf and eWic are internationally recognized journals, indexed in the most influential
online databases as will as in the BFI system in Denmark (The Bibliometric Research Index
Indicator).
Guidelines
To be considered for publishing, you need to be delegates registered at the conference. Upon submission, your paper will undergo a double blind review-process, the result of which will be announced to authors around 15 December. We expect to publish the eWic and Seismograf special issues in the spring of 2020.

Full Papers – Full papers are 8-12 pages.
Short papers – short papers are 3-6 pages.
Very important:All delegates who are interested in publishing in one of the conference outlets should submit their paper using the link above no later than 15 September.
If your paper is not formatted correctly according to the relevant publication's templates, and we have not received your release form by this date, your submission will be rejected and
therefore not enter the review-process.
Important Dates

15 December: Announcement of selected papers.
Spring 2020: Estimated date of publication for successful papers.
