HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO RIGA CITY CENTRE<\/h3>\n
\n

There are 3 options how to get from the Riga Airport to Riga City centre\/main conference venue: regular bus No. 22, airport express minibus or taxi:<\/p>\n

The most convenient options are airport express minibus or taxi.
\nMinibus Airport Express\u00a0(5\u00a0EUR\u00a0\/ 3\u00a0LVL) \u2013 leaves next to exit after arrivals.\u00a0Airport Express<\/a>\u00a0has few stops, the closest to the conference venue is \u201cMONIKA\u00a0CENTRUMHOTELS\u201d (Elizabetes and Pulkveza Brieza street crossing).<\/p>\n

TAXI\u00a0\u2013 the most reliable taxis are\u00a0Baltic Taxi<\/a>\u00a0cars in light green colour, standing right outside you exit the airport building after arrival. (You can also always order a Baltic Taxi car in the city by calling +371 67006006.)<\/p>\n

BUS\u00a0No. 22\u00a0\u2013 if you go out from the airport building, the bus stop is right across parking lot. A ticket costs 50 santims (0.5\u00a0LVL\u00a0\/ approx. 0.7\u00a0EUR) if you buy it in tickets vending machine at the bus stop or kiosk \u201cPlus Punkts\u201d right at the bus stop (or \u201cNarvesen\u201d at the exit of airport building after arrival). A ticket costs 70 santims (0.7\u00a0LVL\u00a0\/ approx. 1\u00a0EUR) if you buy it by the bus driver.<\/p>\n

You should get off from the bus either at station called \u201cSTOCKMANN CENTRS\u201d (the second stop after you cross the bridge over Daugava river). There you should walk back a little bit and at the tram stop \u201cPR\u0100GAS IELA\u201d under railway bridge you have to wait for tram No. 7 which will bring you closer to the conference venue (you have to continue until the end stop \u201cAUSEK\u013bA IELA\u201d).
