Located 70km from Vienna in the UNESCO World Heritage Wachau region, Danube University is the only public university in Europe specializing in advanced continuing education by offering low-residency degree programs for working professionals and life-long learners. From Vienna Airport, take the ÖBB-Railjet to St.Pölten, then change to the regional train to Krems an der Donau (1 change); Duration: 1:40, trains operate every hour.

From/To VIENNA

From station Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof take the ÖBB-REX to Krems an der Donau (direct train connection). You can also get on in Wien-Spittelau or Wien-Heiligenstadt. Duration is 1:10 h, trains operate every hour.

Around GÖTTWEIG

A bus shuttle between Krems and Göttweig will be provided in the morning and in the evening. Depending on request, a bus shuttle to Vienna City Centre will also be provided on Friday evening and/or Saturday morning. Please be aware of email notifications asking for registration.
